If no wali-approved introduction happens within 90 days of your payment, we refund you in full. You do not need to ask. We check automatically and process the refund to the method you paid with.
If you pay before verification is complete and your verification is then declined, you are refunded in full, automatically.
If you have not yet unlocked an introduction, write to us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you.
If we remove your account because you breached our terms, membership is not refunded.
Congratulations. Membership is not refunded once an introduction has been approved and a conversation has opened — that is the service working.
Refunds are returned by the method you paid with. Payments made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google and may take longer than payments made directly.

If you are here as someone’s wali, there is nothing to pay at any point.
